Lisa Lewis

My passion is working with individuals and teams who find themselves at a transition point; whether it’s communication or systems related, or integration of career, life and faith. We’ll use the Enneagram, as well as other assessments if you choose; to help facilitate your transition from where you are now to where you, and/or, your team need to grow & go.

Here’s a bit about me: I’ve worked as a coach for 8 years. Prior to coaching I was an educator for 25 years. I’m also a wife, mom of two and now Mimi to three darling grand-littles. I am an Enneagram 7 who loves learning about people and experiences fun in the outdoors; hiking, biking, and gardening are my three favorites. I’m also an avid reader and known to take a book outdoors, too. I’m committed to my own learning & transformation.

Becky Lehmann

I got married a few months after graduating from Samford and did substitute teaching before becoming a full-time mother of three. After 18 years of marriage, our family began experiencing the effects of several traumas related to my marriage. Even with much counsel, these traumas eventually led to the demise of my 29-year marriage. At that time, I asked God to take this total mess in my life and, as I submitted it all to Him, to make it His MESSage of grace and redemption. I had no idea He would answer that prayer and redeem many locust years above and beyond my imagination.

I eventually met a wonderful man named Daniel who had also experienced a devastating, unwanted divorce. Daniel shared his vision to start a divorce ministry and in 2014, we opened the doors at Wildstream Retreats in Monteagle, TN to help hurting people navigate the wilderness of divorce. Now, more than six years later, Wildstream is a nonprofit ministry which has held 57 retreats for more than 450 hurting souls coming for the first time, and multiple retreats with an ADVANCE curriculum for alumni to return.

Natasha Lambkin

At the peak of her career, Natasha Lambkin was growing more and more in her relationship with Jesus. She then felt a need to adapt more of a Christ-like way of living, thinking, and being. Which entailed, she left the modeling industry and pursued a career in fashion. While working corporately for a major fashion company, she had an epiphany from God to pursue her own clothing line – a faith-based clothing line that would promote modesty in fashion.

She then left her 9-5 to build Tashee. On 7/5/15, Natasha had a soft launch and produced a 4-piece small capsule collection. The public loved it and Tashee now had a fully operating retail e-commerce website! As the brand continued to grow – in fashion AND in ministry – Natasha freelanced at various fashion corporations to continue building her skills and providing expertise in marketing, sales, merchandising, and buying; establishing her empire required her to gain more experience and knowledge of the industry.

After 7 years in the fashion industry, and testing her market for 4 years, Natasha made the decision to leave the corporate world to pursue her clothing line full-time. In that shift, she released her first docu-drama film, Warrior: The Story Behind the Collection. With this endeavor, Tashee became more than a retail company, it’s now transitioned into the realms of the film industry.

Dr. Kris Sargent

“The absolute favorite part of my job is when patients come back in two or four weeks – just two or four weeks! – and tell me how much better they feel! It will never get old!”

I encourage you to pay attention and respond to your body’s signals. As soon as you realize you have jumped out of the wellness pool and are walking toward the sick pool, you need to figure out how to get yourself back!

So what is this all about? What do I actually do to obliterate these issues at the root? The answer is Simply Functional Medicine… Eat. Drink. Move. Sleep. Think and Feel …WELL! To stay healthy, these are the foundation of health! These must be controlled first for the body to actually heal.
